Executives

  • Calvin Custance: President

    Calvin Custance is a Senior sport management student at Central Michigan University and serves as a Defensive Student Assistant with the CMU Football program. He is passionate about leadership, culture-building, and serving others, striving to help people grow both on and off the field. Calvin has a strong interest in front-office operations and long-term organizational leadership, with the goal of building organizations that value integrity, development, and relationships.

  • Jack Rasmussen: Executive Vice President

    Junior at Central Michigan University majoring in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration. An active leader within Alpha Sigma Phi and the Interfraternity Council, Jack is dedicated to leadership, collaboration, and building a fruitful future career within Major League Baseball.

  • Mason Schroeder: VP of Facilities

    Current Senior at CMU where I am also a Supervisor with CMU Athletics Facilities & Events Department. Other experience includes within Minor League baseball with the South Bend Cubs as an Operations intern, Events intern with the Detroit Lions, and employee at Morey Courts Recreation Center. My free time is spend playing tennis and golf as well as being with friends.

  • Jeslyn LaJoice: VP of Media

    Jeslyn is a senior at Central Michigan University majoring in Sport Management with a minor in Marketing. She currently works as a student Operations/Video for CMU Football. She hopes to be a Director of Football/Baseball Operations for a collegiate or professional team one day.

  • Chesney Wilke: VP of Sales and Marketing

    Chesney a junior from Tecumseh, Michigan, and is a part of the cross country and track team at CMU. She is pursuing a degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business Administration. She is also working towards a masters degree in sports management.

  • Granger Kitson: VP of Outreach

    Granger is from East Jordan, Michigan. He is a senior in the Sport Administration accelerated master's program, with a minor in leadership and communications at Central Michigan University. Granger has worked for the Central Michigan football team for 4 years with the recruiting and personnel office. His dream is to work in a player personnel office in the NFL.

  • Jake Herman: VP of Career Fair

    Junior at CMU currently enrolled in the Accelerated Masters Program pursuing Sport Management and minoring in Sports Analytics. Jake is currently working with the football team as a Film & Analytics Student Manager and wants to work in analytics at the professional level. He has a passion for building valuable connections beyond the workforce and giving 100% effort in everything he does.

  • Nathan Steinman: VP of Development and Efficiency

    Nathan is a sports management major at Central Michigan University and a member of the CMU Basketball staff. A former college basketball player and team captain at Albion College, he is a part of Grow The Game, where he helps create opportunities and support the development of athletes. Nathan also runs his own basketball camps, B-The-1, focusing on skill development, leadership, and character on and off the court. Grounded in his faith and passionate about mentorship, he is committed to using basketball to positively impact individuals and communities, while continuing to grow professionally within the field of sports management.

  • Carter Ervin: VP of Corporate Sponsorships

    A Junior from Macomb, MI, working in the Video and Analytics department for the CMU Football team. Aspires to work in the NFL in broadcasting, analytics, or scouting.

  • Eleanna Martin: Director of Facilities

    Senior at Central Michigan University majoring in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration. She is passionate about events & operations and aspires to pursue a career at the professional level in the NFL or NBA.

  • Emma Smith: Director of Social Media

    Emma is a senior at Central Michigan University majoring in Sports Management and minoring in Advertising. She is driven by my interest in fan engagement and social media promotion. Emma is eager to pursue a career in Fan Engagement for the NFL or NBA. She can’t wait to grow digital communities and elevate the overall fan experience.

  • Charles Hunsinger: Director of Event Media

    Charles Hunsinger is a senior at Central Michigan University with experience in event planning, sport operations, live entertainment production, and media. Charles has turned his passion and love for media into an operation of his own by founding a photography and videography business while also helping out on and off campus with numerous organizations and businesses including Sport Management Association, Verge Fashion Magazine, Hunter Brands, and the Michigan State Museum. Passionate about storytelling through both events and media, Charles combines organization and creativity into every project he has done, helping encapsulate every client’s true vision.

  • Ben Nast: Director of Sales

    Ben Nast is the Director of Baseball Operations for Central Michigan’s Baseball team. He is a senior planning to graduate with a sport management major and a marketing minor.

  • Eric Mecha Mogaka: Director of Marketing

    Eric Mecha is a senior here at CMU majoring in Sport management. He would love to link up with anyone in the sales field of sports management.

  • Brendan Anderson: Director of Development and Efficiency

    Brendan is the director of Development and Efficiency. He is a senior at Central Michigan. Brendan plans to work in the sport analytics field after graduation.

  • Jackson Zako: Director of Sponsorships

    My name is Jackson Zako and I am from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. I grew up playing many sports including baseball, football, swimming, and tennis. I am looking to get into sports sales for a professional organization.
